St’Effy & Val’R – Professional Urbankiz Dancers – Paris, France.
St’Effy & Val’R are well-known international Kizomba Artists, Choreographers, and also Kizomba Embassy Ambassadors based out of Paris, France. Indeed this couple has been dancing together since 2015. They love teaching Urban Kiz at home in France and also around the world.
St’Effy’s background includes being a gymnast, musician, and also dancer. Moreover, at the age of 18, she was admitted to a prestigious Parisian dance school.
She then went on to hone her dance skills by studying several different styles of dance and finished her degree. During this time frame, she discovered Afro-Latin dance.
Val’R developed his own style inspired by the training he received from some of the best Kizomba Instructors in France. His dance training led him to become a talented technical dancer known for his musicality and also choreography.
Both Val’R & Steffy are members of the very popular Show You Style (S.Y.S.) CREW, a concept invented by the famous French Kizomba Dancer Laurent Yishu.
This concept brings together choreographers and also dancers to create artistic Kizomba shows for large Kizomba Festivals in Europe.
Val’R & Steffy along with Jess et Régis Kizomba, Fred Nelson, and Elodie Riguet choreographed the very popular Halloween ShowYour Style showcase at the 4th Edition of the Amsterdam Kizomba Festival (AKF).
This duo is also the creators of AFROKIZIAC and the winner of the 2019 URBAN KIZOMBA Olympics. Additionally, they recently opened their new Urban Kizomba Fusion dance school named AFROKIZIAC, in Paris, France.
The school features weekly classes by St’Effy & Val’R for Urban Kiz beginners, advanced and also open team training.
They are also available to be booked for upcoming festivals, corporate events, staged choreographed performances, brand promos, film, television, and music videos!
